Stone Mountain
Today we went to visit Stone Mountain. Tyler had a blast and Ali was a super sport. She only got fussy at the end and it was a VERY long day for her.
Tyler at the obstacle course. I did great. I don't think I give him enough credit sometimes. He is capable of way more than I think he is.
Riding Thomas. Not really but Tyler thinks all trains are named Thomas. So I just go with it. Tyler loved the train ride. It went all the way around Stone Mountain.
Riding to the top of Stone Mountain on a little tram thing. Tyler didn't really know what to think about going 3,000 ft up in the air but he seemed to enjoy it.
Finally the last stop, it was a barn that had a playground built inside. The best part was that it had air conditioning!

Say Cheese
8 Months Already
Really time needs to stop flying by me. I can't believe how fast these eight months have flown by. Four more months and my baby girl will be one. I am in serious denial. I also can't believe how fast Ali is changing. She is hitting so many milestones each month.
This month you learned to:
- Stand like a champ!! You can pull yourself up with one hand and sit yourself down with out falling over.
- You have even stood on your own for a few seconds without holding on to anything.
- You LOVE to eat! You are starting to take more and more table foods. So far you love everything I give you.
- You are starting to nurse about every 3-4 hours.
- You have yet to have an ounce of formula! I am really hoping to make a year with no formula, since I am home with you all day.
- You are a little chatter box. No constants yet but you love to make your presence known.
- You learn to scrunch up your nose. Its so cute. You love to look at us and make a silly face.
- I think you might be trying to wave hello. When you see new people or when you hear me say hello, you throw your hand around like you might be trying to wave. I guess time will tell on this one.
- You are starting to cruise. You can take about 3 steps while holding on to something.

TRACTORS!!!
Tyler was so excited with he discovered that Grandpa had a tractor (riding lawn mower). After begging for a couple days, Grandpa finally took him out for a ride.
Swimming Again!
Tyler is loving our trip to Altanta. We have gone swimming almost every day. Everyday he wakes up asking if we can go swimming. I would be a bad Mommy to deny that cute little face, right?! Here Tyler and Ali are with their Grandma Marcia and Grandpa. These aren't the greatest photos but Tyler would not stay still, so they will have to do.

Swimming
My Grandparents (Tyler's Great Grandparents) have a pool at their place. Tyler was in heaven, he LOVES swimming. He is such a little cutie in the water too. He has no fear and I love it. I have always hoped that my kids would love the water just as much as I do.

I Did It!!!!
I survived my first solo flight with the kids:) I am so proud of myself and the kids. They did awesome. I seriously have the best kids on the planet. Tyler was happy to watch Mickey the whole flight and Ali slept, then ate some Cheerios. I was very nervous about this flight. Grandma, Grandpa, Great Grandma and Great Grandpa were so excited to see the kiddos.
