Happy 4th of July!!!

Today a we had a BBQ at our house and had some friends over.  Our neighbors always put on a fantastic firework show and this year they didn't disappoint.

Ali decided to test out the baby's carseat today.  She is actually still under the weight limit for it (it goes up to 30 lbs) but she looks like a giant in it.  I can't imagine still using this seat on her.

Tyler loves Sammy but the feeling usually isn't mutual. One day I hope that Tyler will calm down and him and Sammy can be great friends.  By some miracle of God Tyler actually wanted his picture taken here.  Notice the cute little smile and not the sour "don't take my picture" face. 

 

BBQ With Friends

Troy is loving his new smoker and we almost always have friends over when he fires it up because it makes so much food.  They usually bring sides and dessert and we do a few sides and the meat.  This weekend we had the Lawrence's over.  Tyler and Ali love playing with Jordin and Joslin.

I can't believe how grown up looking he is getting.  He looks like a little boy here.  

 

And they are naked.  It never fails. Once they hit the backyard, they end up naked.

I love it when they actually play together.  They do pretty good most of the time but the do still have their moments.

Zoo!

Today we met up with Kaylee at the zoo.  The kids had a great time.  I love the zoo and the kids seem to love it more and more every visit.

Splash Park!

The splash parks around her just opened.  Today we had a playdate up there. We packed a picnic lunch and let the kids burn off alot of energy. Both kids had a blast.  It took the princess getting a bucket of water dumped on her head to warm up but once she did she was in heaven.

Mainstreet Days in Grapevine

Today we went to a Mainstreet Days in Grapevine.  We met up with the Pritchett family.  Tyler loves playing with Aubrey.

Ali on her very first carnival ride.  Tyler insisted that she sit with him and he had to drive.  She had a blast and couldn't wait to go on more.

12 week appt

I had my 12 week appt for baby #3 today. They did an NT scan and blood work to check for downs.  I guess this is standard now. It used to be optional and I never opted for it in the past. Baby looks great and no sign of downs in the ultrasound or in the bloodwork.  We also found out what it is but we aren't telling yet because it could be wrong. Its still really early to find out.  Over all baby looks awesome and is measuring 2 days ahead.  My cyst is also shrinking. Its down to 5.5 cm.  Hopefully it will be gone by my 20 week ultrasound.
