Christmas Morning

Tyler had a blast opening presents this year. It was so much fun to watch him get excited over every toy. We made the mistake of showing him the kitchen first. All he wanted to do was play with it. Every two presents he would run back in the playroom saying "play kitchen".

How to Watch TV

Christmas Play

Tyler's school had their Christmas Play today. The kindergarten kids performed the play and the rest of the kids sang a couple songs at the end. For some reason his school thought it would be a good idea to have the 2 year olds sing the Three Kings song. I have no idea why they didn't pick a more kid friendly song for them. Tyler never learned the song or he wasn't interested in singing it. Either way he just stood there.

The Christmas Tree Is Up!!

I finally put the Christmas tree up. Now it really feels like Christmas. I put the tree up while Tyler napped. Here are some pictures of him discovering the tree.

Grandpa H Visits

Grandpa H came out to visit us. I think he had a great time holding his new grand daughter. She sure did love sleeping on him. Tyler had a blast reading books with Grandpa.

Not a Newborn Anymore

Ali has officially lost the newborn look:( I can't believe it. I was looking at her today and realized my munchkin is no longer a newborn. She sure makes a pretty little baby though.

Gingerbread House

Tyler made his first Gingerbread Houses at school today. He actually got to make two. They usually repeat activities on Wed and Thurs, most kids got Mon and Wed or Tues and Thurs. Since he goes Wed and Thurs, he gets to do some things twice. I asked his teacher how much of this he actually made and she said well he enjoyed eating it. So I'm guessing he snacked alot but had a lot of help building it:)

My Little Beauty

Tyler and Avery

Tyler did a great job sharing his toys with Avery this time. I think we only had one or two little fights between the two of them. Here are some pictures of them drawing together.

The Bounce House with Avery

To burn off a little energy we took Avery and Tyler up to a local bounce house place. They had a blast. Tyler had to show Avery how to go down the big slide, she was a bit scared at first. Once she got the hang of it they were both unstoppable.

Ali and Sammy

Kristin is in town visiting on her way down to El Paso. So I get to meet little Sammy for the first time. Sammy and Ali had lots of fun laying on her play mat. They really loved just looking at each other. It was so cute.

Hair Bows

Since I have my little girl now I get to decorate her all girly and cute. I have started to order her lots of hair bows and headbands. She looks so cute with little bows in her hair.

Daddy is going to kill me but Tyler insisted on wearing one too.
