Jump Jump Time

I started doing the 30 day shred to try and lose some of this baby weight that I have left. I found out Tyler loves doing it too, except he calls it Jump Jump time. Here are some photos of him doing the exercises and Ali playing.

Daddy Feed Me

Today Tyler got the boppy pillow, laid it across Troy's lap and then said Daddy feed me. He is such a silly boy. To bad Daddy's boobs don't work that way. I love the fact that my kiddo thinks that baby milk comes from the body and not some manufacturing plant.

New Stroller

I got a new double stroller the a couple weeks ago. I really liked my other one but this one caught my interest because it can be a single or a double. Since Tyler is in school I wanted to be able to go running with just Ali but in the summer I will want to run with both of them. It has some flaws but I think we will be able to make this one work. The weather was so great today that after the afternoon naps I took the kiddos for a walk. Ali actually stayed in the stroller and was happy the whole time. Tyler loves being in a stroller but Ali is a different story. She likes is when I wear her the best.

Sharing is Caring

Tyler knows how much Ali loves his little radio, so today he insisted on bringing it to her during her bumbo time. Then he had to go get his puter so he could play with her. He really is such a great big brother. I hope his love for her continues through the teenage years.

Rolling Over

Ali figured out how to avoid tummy time! She has learned to roll belly to back. I know this is the easiest of the rolling milestones but I am still super excited for my baby girl. She did it about 10 times in a row, so I know it wasn't a fluke.

I Can Hold My Head Up!!

Miss Ali can finally hold her head up!! Yay for my lazy baby girl.



I also found out that Miss Ali loves sitting in the Bumbo chair. Tyler hated this thing. So I am really glad that one of my kids likes it.

I just had to share this with everyone. My Bailey is so pathetic!! She was sleeping like this until I moved to get the camera.

Cute Stories

I have to type these out before I forget them.

Today, Tyler's teacher told me that she was rubbing is back at nap time and he looked up at her and said, 'kiss'.

The other day, Tyler's teacher told me that during nap time if one of his friends talk Tyler puts his finger over his mouth and says, 'shhh friends are sleeping'.

The other day I went to get Tyler out of bed and I laid in bed with him for a few minutes. He gets up puts his blankets on me, then says hug and gives me a hug and a kiss. Then he gets down and turns his moon and stars (lights on the ceiling) on and turns his music on. He proceeds to shut the door and tells me night night. Of course two seconds later he comes running back in the room telling me to get up.

This boy is just too cute sometimes, I could just eat him up.

2 Month Check Up

Miss Ali Paige had her 2 month check up today. My little peanut is growing like a weed. She is now 13 lbs 1 oz (85%) and officially 23 in (55%). I think the measured her wrong though, they had her leg bent when they did it. When I got home I measured her and she was 25 in. She got two shots and HATED them. She reached a note in her screaming I had never heard before. Overall she is doing great. The pedi is not worried about her amount of sleep yet. We need keep an eye on that over the next 4 months though. She is right on track with her neck control. Even though she hates tummy time, she can lift it to a 45 degree angle.

Zoo Day

We finally have a day of nice weather. We decided to take advantage of it and take a trip to the zoo. Tyler loves the zoo and always has a blast there. Ali did what she does best, sleep. I think she slept the whole time we were there.

Lately Ali has loved standing up. Of course with alot of help but she is actually really good at bearing weight on her legs. Here is her and Grandpa practicing her new skill.

Today I went to go wake Ali up for her nap because it had been 2 hours and it was time for her to eat again. She didn't want any part of it. I unwrapped her from her blanket and she was still passed out.

Goodbye Grandpa and Grandma

Today Tyler's Great Grandparents are leaving. We had a great visit with them. Tyler really enjoyed playing kitchen and blocks with Grandpa. I forgot to get pictures of them with Ali before she went down for her nap but I got one of Grandpa and Tyler. Tyler wouldn't sit still for the camera though, so this picture will have to do.

My baby girl turned two months old.

Dear Sweet Girl, You are starting to show us your little personality and Mommy and Daddy love it. You love to smile and talk to us. You are a big talker, boy we can't wait for those teenage years:) You love it when I kiss your huge cheeks, I get the biggest smiles out of you. You are such a happy little girl. You love watching your big brother, he can keep you entertained for about an hour.

Here are some of the things that you have accomplished this month.

1. You give us huge smiles!! This is one of my favorite things that you do.
2. You love to talk to us. This is my other favorite thing.
   
3. You still sleep all the time. You only like to be awake for about an hour at a time. You are sleeping through the night now. You usually go from 7pm to about 3am and then back down until 8 or 9 am. You have gone until 6 am a couple times.
   
4. You can hold your head up and a 45 degree angle.
5. You can bat at hanging toys and you even grab on to them sometimes.

I can't wait to see what the future brings us with you. You really are a joy to be around and Mommy and Daddy love you so much.

Playtime with Great Grandpa

Tyler is enjoying his Great Grandparents visit so much. He loves when they come because they will go play with him in his playroom. Today Tyler is showing Grandpa how to put together his puzzles.

Torture Time
